I am not running at the moment, because I am exclusively breastfeeding and running makes me nauseous. The only explanation I can come up with is that my metabolism is all jacked up enough as it is, and my body can’t handle the extra calorie burn.

BUT. planning on starting back with the running on March 1st. I miss my long-distance runs!

What I love about running is the spiritual aspect. Its amazing to just lean back into the run and yes, RELAX! its totally therapeutic.

I run barefoot (with Vibram Fivefingers) ever since I read “Born To Run”. Life changer, that book! Have you ever read it?
